Vivian Maideborn

I love to work in places where people are generative and future focussed; where the best of business, social change and community come together to create new culture and increasing social justice. I am passionate about working with people who are engaged in social innovation and enterprise aimed at ending inequity.

My work experience includes CE roles at Relationships Aotearoa, and CCS Disability Action. I founded Lifetime Design, an accessibility qual-mark for houses. I am now a co- founder of the very exciting Loomio Cooperative . In this role I have become passionate about the cultural work of collaboration. Perhaps most fundamentally of all, the work of distributing and sharing power.

I am the Executive Director for UNICEF NZ, where I am seeking to combine learnings on innovation, programme execution, start-up enterprise and systems management with the long standing United Nation’s brand credibility and ability to scale social change in service to the children of the world
