Raymond has more than 20 years of working experience encompassing different sectors including IT, banking and finance, advertising, retail, healthcare, technology transfer as well as innovation and entrepreneurship development.

Currently serving as Assistant Director of Institute for Entrepreneurship of PolyU, Raymond’s works focus on promoting and executing University’s knowledge transfer and commercialization projects, as well as “out-of-classroom” entrepreneurship development activities, including PolyU Micro Fund, Good Seed Programme, etc., with an aim to nurture Do Well Do Good entrepreneurship for positive impact to the society. Through various programmes, more than 150 startups and around 500 young entrepreneurs were supported and nurtured.

Raymond is an assessment panel member of design incubation programme of the Hong Kong Design Centre and PMQ. He was also Vice-Chairman and Co-Chairman of Industrial Liaison Committee of the Licensing Executive Society China (Hong Kong Sub-chapter).
